We are hiring a motivated Jr. talent manager at our Munich branch to support us in our daily talent management tasks with her/his abilities as well as her/his personality.

1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Intensive support for our exclusive talents
  • Constant communication and collaboration with our talents
  • Developing influencer marketing campaigns for customers
  • Developing, presenting and closing cooperation deals
  • Mediation between customers and talents, responding to customer requests, organization and timing of cooperations
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Project development and counseling for new customers on matters of social media
  • Attendance at press days by fashion brands and PR agencies
  • Escorting talents to photo shootings, events and fashion weeks
  • Negotiating cooperation agreements
  • Project reporting on a regular basis

2. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Great interest in social media, branding and influencer marketing
  • A passion for fashion, lifestyle, beauty and sports
  • A bachelor and (preferably) master’s degree in one of the following areas: B.A., Media, Marketing or Communication
  • No less than 2 years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: PR agency, Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Sales, Fashion or Beauty
  • Basic experiences in applying commercial social media tools in digital marketing
  • Team spirit combined with communication skills and the ability to inspire customers and talents
  • Distinct organizational skills and flexibility with regard to working hours and business trips
  • A high degree of self-initiative and independent, result-oriented work ethics
  • Kindness and social competence even under pressure
  • An ability for quick onboarding and realization of new projects
  • Outstanding knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
  • Outstanding proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Driver’s license
